2025 Half Way Mark Update

Hey Champs,

Wanted to update y’all as I approach the half way mark of the 2025 year. I’ve added my Summer Dates on my home page. Check it out and mark some on your calendar.

On the “Media” page I’ve added my KBTX Free Music Friday interview. Great to be back again. I’ve been playing College Station for a few years now and very grateful for my time there and for the friends I have met along the way. I’ll be back in College Station playing The Canteen at Cavalry Court Hotel the following dates for the remainder of the year:

Thu, July 31st, 7:30p

Sat, Nov 1st, 7:30p

Sat, Dec 13th, 7:30p

I’ve faced some challenges transitioning my full-time music career into a part-time one. I know I’m not alone on this. So many factors are involved in finding the right job that will either be ok with me still playing music at night, or that will pay enough for me to give it up all together. At the same time, music is going great and I’m staying busy. It’s hard to slow down something you’re good at and love. I love music, it’s my passion, but I love raising my kid and being a dad for my son even more. Wish I could make both work, I’m still trying to figure it out.

Grant season is coming up in the fall, I hope I get it again. If so then I’ll start pre-production the next album at the end of the year/beginning of winter. I have a some songs that I’ve started living and working on that I think y’all’ll dig ya hear. See you out there in Texas. And always remember, no matter what. Keep smiling!
